How much does shipping cost?
Shipping is free on U.S. orders over $50. For orders below $50, shipping costs a flat $5.

How long will it take for my order to arrive?
Your order will be shipped within 1-21 business days. Items in stock are usually shipped within 2 business days. Backordered items would take longer to ship. To speed up the time it takes to receive your order, we would ship your order in separate packages at no additional shipping cost to you.
We work with our favorite Korean kids fashion brands directly in order to provide you the largest selection at the lowest price. Every item in our inventory is authentic and imported directly from Korea. Once arrived our San Francisco office, each item is then inspected by us before they are packed and shipped to you with love. That said, we are constantly working on improving our process so you can get your order delivered more quickly!
Can I expedite my order/shipment?
We do not currently offer expedited shipping. However, if you really need something expedited, please let us know by emailing firstname.lastname@example.org. We will do our best to accommodate your request.

What’s your return policy?
We’re so confident you’ll love the pieces we carry, we provide a 100% Satisfaction Guarantee. We happily accept returns of undamaged items in unworn condition sent to us within 45 days from the date when you received the products ordered. To start the returns process, simply drop us a line at email@example.com. Specify your order number and which item(s) you’d like to return, and we’ll provide a pre-paid shipping label (for domestic orders) with further instructions on how to send the item(s) back to us.
Can I exchange an item for a different size/color?
Absolutely! For domestic orders, we happily exchange undamaged items in unworn condition. Email us at firstname.lastname@example.org within 45 days of purchase, indicating your order number, which item you’d like to exchange, and the item you’d like to exchange it for. We will then provide a pre-paid shipping label with further instructions on how to send the item(s) back to us. As soon as we receive it, we’ll ship out the replacement item.
How will my refund be handled?
Your original payment will be fully refunded once we confirm the receipt of the returned items. That should happen within 5 business days of when the returned items are delivered.
Can I cancel my order?
You can cancel your order for a full refund anytime before your order is shipped by emailing us at email@example.com.
