International Shipping FAQs

Do you ship to my country?
Yes! We currently ship to all countries.

How much does it cost?
Cost of shipping varies depending on the country, shipping option, and weight of the shipment. Our automated system will provide the cost of shipment once you enter the delivery address during checkout.

When will I receive my order?
Orders placed on our website take 2-25 days before they are ready to be shipped, depending on whether the items purchased are on back order or not. Once shipped, it will take from 2 days to 2+ weeks before your order will be delivered (depending on which shipping option you chose.) In most cases, you will receive an email confirmation providing you a tracking number to track the shipping progress once your order has been shipped.

How much duty and tax would I have to pay?
Duties and taxes will vary greatly by country, so we're unable to supply an estimated cost. Please note, you will be responsible for all duties, taxes and customs charges for orders placed on our website.

What’s your return policy?
We happily accept returns of undamaged items in unworn condition sent to us within 45 days from the date when you received the products ordered. To start the returns process, simply drop us a line at hi@alexandnova.com. Specify your order number and which item(s) you’d like to return, and we’ll provide further instructions on how to send the item(s) back to us. Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping.

How will my refund be handled?
Your original payment will be fully refunded once we confirm the receipt of the returned items. That should happen within 5 business days of when the returned items are delivered.

Can I cancel my order?
You can cancel your order for a full refund anytime before your order is shipped by emailing us at hi@alexandnova.com.

Can I exchange an item for a different size/color?
Unfortunately, we can’t process exchanges on international orders. However, any undamaged items in unworn condition can be returned within 45 days from the date when you received the products for a full refund.
